| 3.Bath Maintenance: | ||
| 1.Analyze contents of free acid, pH value in the bath liquid daily and make compensation of JH-C4 and adjust according to the requirement of process. 2. Each week, the zirconium in the conversion membrane was detected by 3~4 times, and the zirconium content was controlled by 10mg/m2~100mg/m2. 3. The film before the water wash water conductivity should be less than or equal to 100 mu s/cm, pH value: 4.0~7.0; after the film last wash water to pure water conductivity is less than or equal to 50 s/cm, pH value: 5.0~7.0. 4. All devices that come into contact with the tank shall be stainless or corrosion resistant plastic products. 5. The drying temperature of aluminum treated by JH-C4 can be 80 degrees ~100 degrees centigrade. 6. Aluminum treated by JH-C4 shall be sprayed within 16 hours. |
