JH-S200 Middle temperature Sealing Additive

JH-S200 is a pale yellow or white liquid. The product is suitable to the sealing treatment of anodized film on aluminum and aluminum alloy, specially to the sealing treatment of anodizing film after dyed.
1. Compared to cold temperature sealing, the sealing quality is more stable (especially for thick films), and it basically maintains its original color after sealing.

2."sealing smut" does not occur,the ability of inhibiting powder is strong.
3. Bath is stable, with strong against foreign ions ability. Ordinary tap water can be used to make bath solution.

3. Bath Maintenance:

 

(1) In order to decrease contamination to bath liquid, aluminum profile must be washed carefully before sealing (specially for dyed aluminum profiles). The pH value in rinsing water is not lower than 4.0.
(2) during the normal production, analyse the concentrations of Ni2+ and pH value daily.
a. Keep the concentration of Ni2+ at 0.8-1.3g/L,not less than 0.8g/L .
b. The pH value should be controlled in a smaller range,  adjusted with diluted acetic acid solution or diluted ammonium water (or NaOH solution). Generally speak, during the production, the pH will decrease little.
c. At the time of adding 1kg of nickel acetate, 1-1.5kg of JH-S200 should be added.
(3) Clear up the sediment on the bottom of bath regularly.
